If you wish to return a product within the 14 day return window, please note that you will pay for the return shipment yourself. If you invoke the hardware guarantee, we will pay for the return shipping only if the product was damaged due to no fault on your side. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused during the return shipping.
In case you are not happy with your device, you may request a return for refund within 14 days of receiving the device. All returns must have the original packaging and accessories intact. The product may not have been opened or used. In this case, you will pay for the return shipment.
We offer a 12 months´ hardware warranty. If the product is damaged, you must immediately notify Automile thereof on support@automile.com. We will pay for the return shipment if the product is damaged due to no fault on your side. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in shipping from the customer.
