As the Head of Marketing in Europe, you will be reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for strategy and growth for the European market.As the Head of Marketing in Europe, you will be reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for strategy and growth for the European market.

Responsibilities

  • Own, plan, and lead core marketing initiatives in Europe aligned with the overall global strategy
  • Drive growth and revenue leveraging existing channels (Email, Social, SEM, SMS marketing etc.)
  • Identify new revenue generating channels through testing and iterating
  • Enable the Sales team to help increase conversion
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis for the European market
  • Support partnership and business development opportunities working closely with sales
  • Contribute to budget planning, business model and pricing strategies
  • Influence product strategy for the local market and lead Go-To-Market efforts for product launches

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing (5+ years of digital marketing expertise)
  • Proven track record of driving growth for cloud based solutions
  • Deep experience working with cross functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skill
  • Excellent analytical skills and expertise in data-driven marketing
  • Effective communications and writing skills in English, Swedish, and Norwegian
  • Strong team player with a “Can do” attitude
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
